Welcome to Nexcuit. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our AC scrap collection, pickup, and payment services across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, and other NCR locations.

By accessing our website or booking a pickup with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Our Services

Nexcuit provides doorstep pickup, weighing, and purchase of old, damaged, or non-working air conditioners (window, split, central, or cassette units) and related components (compressors, copper coils, etc.) across Delhi NCR. We arrange collection, on-site weighing, and payment for eligible AC scrap.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or are using our services with the consent of a parent/guardian or on behalf of a business
• You are the rightful owner of the AC unit(s) being sold, or are authorized to sell it on behalf of the owner
• The information you provide to us (name, contact number, address, etc.) is accurate and complete

3. Booking a Pickup

• Pickup requests can be made via phone, WhatsApp (9910326510), or our website inquiry form
• Estimated pricing shared at the time of booking is indicative and subject to final inspection and weighing at pickup
• We aim to offer same-day or next-day pickup wherever possible, but exact timing may vary based on location and demand
• You are responsible for ensuring safe access to the AC unit(s) at the scheduled pickup location

4. Pricing and Payment

• Final pricing is determined at the time of pickup based on AC type, tonnage, coil material (copper/aluminium), compressor condition, and prevailing scrap market rates
• Rates displayed on our website are indicative and may change without prior notice
• Payment is made instantly at the time of pickup, via cash or online transfer, as mutually agreed
• Nexcuit reserves the right to revise a quoted estimate if the actual condition, weight, or material of the AC scrap differs from what was described during booking

5. Condition of AC Units

• We accept AC units in any condition — working, non-working, damaged, or fully dead
• The final price offered depends on an on-site inspection; Nexcuit is not obligated to honor a phone-quoted estimate if there is a significant discrepancy discovered during inspection
• Customers are responsible for disclosing any known hazards (e.g., leaking refrigerant, exposed wiring) prior to pickup

6. Ownership and Liability

• By selling an AC unit to Nexcuit, you confirm that you are the legal owner or authorized seller of the item, and that it is free from any third-party claims, liens, or disputes
• Nexcuit is not responsible for pre-existing property damage unrelated to the pickup process
• Our pickup team will take reasonable care while removing and transporting AC units; however, Nexcuit is not liable for pre-existing structural weaknesses (e.g., unstable mounting brackets) that may contribute to incidental damage during removal

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule a pickup request at any time prior to the scheduled visit by contacting us at 9910326510
• Nexcuit reserves the right to reschedule a pickup due to operational constraints, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you in advance where possible

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information regarding ownership, condition, or location of the AC scrap
• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the security or proper functioning of our website

9. Website Use

• All content on the Nexcuit website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Nexcuit and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission
• We strive to keep information on our website accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee that all content (including pricing) is free of errors at all times

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexcuit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to pricing discrepancies, scheduling delays, or third-party actions beyond our reasonable control.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nexcuit, its employees, and pickup partners harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or misrepresentation of ownership or condition of the AC scrap sold.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
